The Corporate Services Department plans, manages and oversees the delivery of the Town of New Glasgow’s budget. The department is comprised of staff that administers the operating and capital revenue and expenditures of the Town of New Glasgow, including tax revenue, water revenue, other accounts receivables, payroll and accounts payable. The department is also responsible for information technology (IT), systems maintenance, network security, user support, IT purchasing and technology infrastructure.
The Corporate Services Department works closely with all Town Department’s to efficiently plan and manage the delivery of municipal services and infrastructure.

Bonnie Coulter
Director of Corporate Services
Bonnie Coulter, CA joined the Town of New Glasgow as Director of Corporate Services in 2009. Ms. Coulter is a graduate of the Atlantic School of Chartered Accountancy in 1986 and a graduate of Mount Allison University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree; double major in accounting and marketing.· Bonnie was president, controller, sales manager and dealer principal for Kenworth Nova Scotia, a commercial transportation company in New Glasgow for the past eight years.
