The Corporate Services Department plans, manages and oversees the delivery of the Town of New Glasgow's operating and capital budgets. The department also prepares, manages and oversees the delivery of the New Glasgow Water Utility operating and capital budgets. The department is comprised of staff that administers the operating revenue and expenditures of the Town of New Glasgow and the Water Utility, including tax revenue, water revenue, other accounts receivables, payroll and accounts payable.
The Corporate Services Department works closely with all Town Departments to efficiently plan and manage the delivery of municipal services and infrastructure.
