NOBL (Northern Opportunities for Business Limited)

NOBL is one of over 40 Community Business Development Corporations (CBDC) operating in Atlantic Canada. Ongoing activity includes promoting, encouraging, and assisting economic growth in Northeastern Nova Scotia.
