The Town of New Glasgow is inviting qualified residential developers to submit proposals for a new Housing Development Opportunity as part of the Housing Accelerator Fund Initiative. This project involves the development of Town-owned lands at the end of Kennedy Court with frontage on Churchill Drive (PID 00953000), aimed at supporting the creation of much-needed multi-unit residential housing within the community.

The closing date for tenders is 3:00 pm on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Tender packages are available at the Engineering Office at 235 Park Street.
