Housing Development – Kennedy Court/Churchill Drive Lands
The Town of New Glasgow is inviting qualified residential developers to submit proposals for a new Housing Development Opportunity as part of the Housing Accelerator Fund Initiative. This project involves the development of Town-owned lands at the end of Kennedy Court with frontage on Churchill Drive (PID 00953000), aimed at supporting the creation of much-needed multi-unit residential housing within the community.

HAULING OF SALT 2025 - 2027 TENDER

The Town of New Glasgow requests tenders from qualified trucking companies for the hauling of salt from the Canadian Salt Company mine in Pugwash to the Town of New Glasgow salt storage depot on Park Street, New Glasgow. The expected volume is approximately 3000 metric tonnes per season.
The closing date for tenders is 3:00 pm on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Tender packages are available at the Engineering Office at 235 Park Street.
