The Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program is an important climate and sustainability initiative to improve the energy performance of homes in our community.

Many homeowners want to improve the energy efficiency of their homes or install clean energy options, but they struggle with the upfront costs of completing upgrades. The Town of New Glasgow’s Clean Energy Financing Program (or PACE program) supports homeowners by making home energy upgrades easy and affordable. The program provides a Certified Home Energy Assessment, expert consultation, and financing to help homeowners make the right choices to improve the comfort and value of their homes and reduce their energy bills.
