Notice is hereby given that New Glasgow Town Council, at a Public Meeting held on
November 17, 2025, approved a development agreement application by Andrew Hicken
and Fallon MacDonald, 448-464 Stewart Street, New Glasgow (PID: 00933176) to
enable development and conversion for up to seven (7) dwelling units, and an option to
contrast three more units, for a maximum total of ten (10) units, provided approval by the
Traffic Authority is granted.

To appeal in accordance with Section 247 of the Municipal Government Act, an aggrieved person, the applicant, an adjacent municipality, a village in which the affected property is situated, or the Director may within fourteen (14) days of the date of this advertisement, appeal to the Nova Scotia Regulatory and Appeals Board regarding this decision.

Limited, for 582 Little Harbour Road, New Glasgow (PID: 00994772) to enable
development of up to twenty-eight (28) dwelling units, including the
construction of twenty-two (22) new units, and the potential to convert an
existing building or develop an additional six (6) new dwelling units for a
potential total of twenty-eight (28) units.
