In accordance with the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Province of Nova Scotia and applicable Town Policies and By‐Laws, the TNG is soliciting proposals from qualified companies (“Service Provider”), with a proven track record of Civil engineering design in the Wastewater collection, I&I and wastewater modelling.
The Service Provider (Proponent) must have significant (>10 years) experience with the design, engineering, and modelling of wastewater collection systems. The Service Provider must have a license to practice in the Province of Nova Scotia.
The proposal must demonstrate a thorough understanding and complete response to the specific requirements of this project as set out in the Request for Proposal.

Vehicles and Equipment may be viewed at 235 Park Street New Glasgow. Digital photos of the items can be made available.
Option 1: Anyone wishing to submit a quotation on the Vehicles or Equipment must be in a sealed envelope labelled Surplus Equipment Quotation, and the Surplus Item Number as listed in the descriptions this must be clearly visible on the envelope. Quotation must also include bidder’s name, mailing address, and contact phone number, and the amount of the bid. The envelope must be delivered to 235 Park Street, New Glasgow.
Option 2: Anyone wishing to submit a quotation for these Vehicles or Equipment can quote by using a secure email, confidentially to . The subject line of each email must contain Surplus Equipment Quotation, and the Surplus Item Number as listed in the descriptions. The email must contain the bidder’s name, mailing address, brief description of the item, contact phone number and the amount of the bid.

Please send all submissions on or before 3:00 PM on Thursday, July 2nd, 2026. Bidders will be notified whether successful or not within approximately 24 hours of tender closing. The Successful bidder must pay the full bid amount, plus HST by July 9th, 2026, at 3pm. If the successful bidder does not complete the transaction by the date and time listed, the bidder’s amount will be withdrawn, and the next highest bidder will be contacted.

The Town of New Glasgow is accepting quotes for the purchase of a new model 5500/550 (19,500 GVWR) 4 Wheel Drive Regular Cab Truck with Dump Box installed. All quotes must meet or exceed specifications listed in the tender package.
