After-Hours Work Notice: Parking Lot Sweeping and Line Painting

The Town of New Glasgow advises residents that an exemption to the Noise Control Bylaw has been approved to allow after-hours sweeping and line painting at the following locations:

• Westside Plaza (38 George Street)
• Highland Square Mall (689 Westville Road)
• Aberdeen Business Centre (610 East River Road)

Work will take place between April 21 and May 15, 2026, after store closing hours when parking lots are free of vehicles and customers. Activities will be coordinated in quick sequence with the contractor to help minimize noise disruption for nearby residents and are weather dependent.

Work is expected to begin the evening of April 21.
